I currently serve as the Director of Integrated Growth and Inbound Marketing Product Management at GitLab, where I have significantly impacted the business through my strategic thinking and transformative leadership. Since joining the company in June 2020, I have played a crucial role in redefining the Integrated Growth and Inbound Marketing team, making it an integral part of the Marketing department. This journey has required a deep understanding of customer-centric digital practices, agile leadership, and strategic acumen.

At GitLab, I have taken on numerous strategic initiatives to enhance the lifecycle experience for prospective customers. My role expanded into reorganizing and optimizing the Integrated Growth and Inbound Marketing team, focusing on operational excellence and increased productivity.
Implementing a quarterly planning framework was a game-changer. Moving beyond immediate, reactive measures, this strategy enabled us to set and achieve impactful, near and long-term goals. This approach not only streamlined our workflow but also established the Integrated Growth and Inbound Marketing team as a model of strategic efficiency, adept at juggling Digital Experience and Growth Marketing initiatives.
Revitalizing GitLab’s Inbound Engine
When confronted with a decline in traffic to GitLab's Marketing site, my proactive leadership brought together a cross-functional team. Our united efforts and strategic framework not only stopped the decline but also delivered a significant increase in year-over-year traffic, demonstrating our ability to turn challenges into opportunities for growth.
Focused Approach for Market Segmentation
In the always changing world of B2B SaaS, understanding and catering to diverse customer groups is critical. By segmenting our focus into Commercial and Enterprise segments, we could tailor our strategies for targeted growth. Our emphasis on the Commercial segment led to rapid iterations and insights, strengthening our product-led growth initiatives.
Unified Growth Marketing and Operational Efficiency
The Unified To/Through/In PLG Motion, an initiative I proposed, was a transformative strategy that improved coordination, efficiency, and performance across GitLab's marketing endeavours. We created a more integrated and effective marketing approach by fostering collaboration between Digital Strategy, Digital Experience, and Growth teams, enhancing user journeys and conversions.
A Metrics-Driven and Improvement-Focused Approach
At GitLab, we actively anchored our strategy in a metrics-driven approach. Focusing on key performance indicators like CPA:LTV Ratio, ARR Contribution, and ad engagement metrics enabled us to refine our tactics continuously. These efforts were crucial in optimizing sales cycles, reducing churn, and maximizing ad spend efficiency, especially in the Commercial sector.
